Since 1929, Enstrom has been committed to crafting the finest quality confections, with a focus on their signature almond toffee. The Enstrom story began when Chester K. "Chet" Enstrom started working at Barthel's Confectionary in Colorado Springs in 1919, learning the art of candy making at a nearby factory by night.
In 1929, Chet and his wife Vernie moved to Grand Junction, where he and his partner Harry Jones opened the Jones-Enstrom Ice Cream Company. While ice cream was their primary focus, they couldn't resist adding a touch of extra sweetness to their offerings. Chet began gifting his homemade almond toffee to friends, and the idea to sell it as a standalone product was born.
After three decades of ice cream production, Chet decided to shift his focus to toffee, opening Enstrom Candies in 1960. As the company transitioned through the generations, one thing remained constant: "Every batch of traditional almond toffee is still made by hand with only the finest, freshest ingredients."
The dedication to rich almond toffee has since expanded to include toffee popcorn, decadent truffles, and delicious gourmet chocolates. Enstrom's commitment to quality and family values has been the foundation of the business for over 60 years.

Enstrom Almond Toffee is a fresh dairy confection that must be refrigerated (up to 3 weeks) or kept frozen (up to 6 months).
